How it works

Three steps between you and relief

  1. Freeze

Store your cap flat in the freezer for at least 2 hours before first use. Keep it in its bag between sessions.

  2. Apply

Pull it on over clean skin. The contoured nose opening and 360° shape settle into place without any adjustment.

  3. Relief

Rest for 15–20 minutes while even, gentle cooling and full light-blocking take over. Reuse once refrozen.

Why Icebrim

Built to fix what other cooling caps get wrong

Stays soft, stays cold

Our gel core is formulated to remain flexible and comfortable straight from the freezer — no painful cold shock, no early warm-up.

Shaped to actually fit

A contoured nose bridge and 360° coverage mean it stays in place, whether you’re lying down or moving around the house.

Full light-blocking

Dense, light-absorbing fabric across the eyes helps with sensitivity to brightness during a migraine.

Doubles as a warm compress

Heat it gently for 20–60 seconds to ease tight muscles in the head, temples, or neck.

Built to last years, not months

Rated for a 5-year functional lifespan with proper flat, dry storage — just wipe clean and refreeze.

My hot flush emergency kit

I keep one in the office freezer and one at home. The second it hits me I know exactly what to reach for. It's soft enough that I don't feel silly wearing it in front of my kids either, which was a real worry with the bulkier one I had before.

Finally, one that actually fits

I've tried three other cooling caps and they either slipped off my nose or warmed up in ten minutes flat. This one stays put and stays cold for my whole 20-minute session. I keep it by the freezer door now — genuinely part of my evening routine during a bad migraine week.

Doesn't hurt to put on, unlike my old one

The big difference for me is that it doesn't feel painfully cold the second it comes out of the freezer — my old cap was almost unbearable for the first minute. This one is soft and cold straight away without the shock.
