How long does the gel stay cold once it's out of the freezer?
Icebrim's gel core is formulated to hold a comfortable cooling temperature for significantly longer than typical cooling caps, which often warm up within 10–15 minutes. Because sessions are recommended at 15–20 minutes, one full freeze should comfortably cover a session. How do I wash and look after my cap?
Never machine wash, hand-submerge, bleach, iron, or dry clean your cap — this can damage the internal gel and the stretch of the fabric. Instead, wipe the outer fabric with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then let it air-dry completely flat. Store it in its protective bag when not in use, which also keeps the gel from picking up any moisture or odours from the freezer.
